DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

All international orders are shipped from our warehouse with Deutsche Post and delivered to you by your local courier. Our delivery time is 5-10 working days. You can cancel the order in case of longer delivery delays. If you wish to do so, please contact customer support. Our international shipping rate is €20, regardless of purchase volume, or shipping distance.

Delivery has occurred once you or a representative has taken possession of the item. We shall deliver the goods to you within a reasonable time frame and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.

Local taxes, as well as any customs duties, are included in the purchasing price. If you do not collect your package from a service point/accept delivery, we charge a fee of €20.

In the event of a refund in connection with a return, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Our return shipping cost is €20.

Kashmina reserves the right to change this policy for certain exceptions and future updates.

Rates on kashmina.com are quoted in EURO. After careful calculations based on country-specific customs and tax rates, the price presented at checkout includes all your local duties and taxes. So no surprise invoice later. This is calculated automatically after you provide your address and home country at checkout.

Kashmina offers payment through PayPal or credit card. We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for debit- and credit card payments.

Please note that orders made via PayPal can only be sent to the address registered under personal information in your PayPal account, as their information overrides anything else you might put in at checkout for safety reasons.

We may charge you for the goods from the time it is sent from our warehouse. 

If you pay with a credit or debit card to make the payment, we may hold the funds on the card when the order is placed. The card will be charged on the same day the goods are sent.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Kashmina reserves the right to cancel orders when certain circumstances call for this. I.e. when the payment for some reason cannot be completed or when stock errors occur and an ordered product is not in stock. When this happens, an email is sent out to the affected customer with information about the cancellation. This policy still applies after related order confirmation emails and/or shipment confirmation emails have been sent out.

DEFECTIVE GOODS AND COMPLAINTS

If the goods have a defect or are damaged, you have the right to replace the goods immediately. Such damages must be reported to Kashmina via email: contact@kashmina.com, along with picture documentation of the damaged goods. The report must be placed within a reasonable time, by seven (7) days upon package arrival. The goods will be replaced with a new one, or if so desired, you will get a full refund. This refund will be placed within 5 working days after the report is received. 

Kashmina is only responsible, and will only replace the product if it is proven to be damaged and/or defective from production. Other damage, more likely to be caused by the customer will not be replaced.
