RETURN PROCESS

When purchasing from Kashmina, you have a right to return products within 30 days from when the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. The condition is that products must be returned in their original condition.

Use the return form included in the package you received. To receive a shipping label, you have to contact us at contact@kashmina.com.The product should be returned in its original packaging or securely wrapped, with the shipping label you’ll receive when contacting us. Along with the product, include a completed Return Form, specifying the order number, among other details. Drop off your package at the nearest DHL delivery point. DHL handles all returns. Ask for a receipt of your delivered return to track your package.

Please be careful when you try the garments at home, it is your responsibility that the product is returned in good condition. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean returns are only accepted at our discretion.

  • The product must be unused, i.e., show no signs of odor, stains, or wear.
  • The product must have all original tags, as received by the customer.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be approved. 

Any eventual shipping fee is not refundable.

Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be made to you in the sum of the whole purchase amount, and refunds are credited via your choice of payment. We will refund the purchase amount in full. Secure and fast, no WAT and extra cost. DDP (delivered duty paid). We normally handle your return within 14 days from when we receive the package at our warehouse. In individual cases, it may take up to 30 days. We will send you a notification email when the return is completed. However, it may take a few days before you see the transaction in your account.

All goods should be in pristine condition upon delivery. If you receive a defective or wrongly supplied product, you have the right to replace the goods immediately. Such damages must be reported to Kashmina via email: contact@kashmina.com, along with picture documentation of the damaged goods. The report must be placed within a reasonable time, by seven (7) days upon package arrival. The goods will be replaced with a new one, or if so desired, you will get a full refund. This refund will be placed within 5 working days after the report is received. 

No, the return costs are borne by the consumer.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

We offer free exchanges if you would like to change to a different size, color, or product. Please inform us of your exchange using the return form included in the package you received. To receive a shipping label, you have to contact us at contact@kashmina.com. The product should be returned in its original packaging or securely wrapped, with the shipping label you’ll receive when contacting us. Along with the product, include a completed Return Form, specifying the order number and what you wish to exchange to. Drop off your package at the nearest DHL delivery point. DHL handles all returns. Ask for a receipt of your delivered return to track your package. The customer covers the return freight, and we will cover the freight of the new product back to you.

DEFECTIVE GOODS AND/OR WRONGLY SUPPLIED PRODUCTS

Kashmina is only responsible, and will only replace the product if it is proven to be damaged and/or defective from production. Other damage, more likely to be caused by the customer, will not be replaced.
