Our purchase conditions are according to Norwegian and EU Legislation.


Kashmina was established in Oslo, Norway, in 2011. The company is registered in Norwegian Brønnøysundregister with the organization number 911603802. Purchase conditions below are according to national and EU legislation, to ensure safe and responsible online trade.

All Kashmina's products are 100% high quality cashmere, a quality we have carefully tested to make sure it is the best cashmere available today. All products from Kashmina are washed, ironed and carefully wrapped to ensure you a pleasant experience upon package arrival.

We at Kashmina are doing our best to describe our products, both in terms of appearance, structure, thickness and colors. Kashmina can not guarantee that there will be some smaller deviations in product color compared to what you see on your personal screen. This is mainly due to different display settings and apply to all e-commerce. It should be noted that this is rarely a problem.

Kashmina has put extensive time and efforts into establishing partners for production that are as concerned as us about sustainability and ethical production. All our cashmere originates from Inner Mongolia and the yarn is dyed with non-toxic chemicals. In our productions facilities in China, our Norwegain made-designs are converted into the most gorgeous cashmere garments.   


Rates on kashmina.com are quoted in EURO (for practical reasons), but you may of course purchase our garments even if you are outside the EU. The price presented include all your local duties and taxes (no "surprise" invoice later) - careful calculations based on your country-specific customs- and tax rates. This is done automatically after you provide your address and home country during checkout.


Kashmina applies Laws on consumer purchases online. Thus, you may return unused goods, together with the attached Return form, within 30 days and receive your payment directly to your account. (Important note: VAT and taxes will not be refunded. Contact your local tax office for refund). Shipping is not refunded.

Return costs are borne by the consumer. The goods must be returned in the same condition as received. If you want to change size, color, or product - please inform us using the Return form. We will cover the freight back to you. If you need a copy of the Return form, please contact us at contact@kashmina.com.

Please be aware that Kashmina will refund the value of the purchased products, whereas VAT and customs must be refunded by your own national customs authority. If you need any advice concerning VAT and customs return, or would like a direct link to your national custom refund form, please contact us and we will make sure you get the help needed.

Any damaged goods obviously caused by mistake or failure from Kashmina's part are replaced immediately. Such shortages or damages must be reported to Kashmina via email (contact@kashmina.com) and picture documentation, within a reasonable time, not later than seven (7) days upon package arrival. The garment is replaced with a new one, or if desired, the customer gets a full refund. This will happen within 5 working days after the report is received.

Kashmina is only responsible, and will only replace the product, if it is proven to be damaged from production. Other damage, more likely to be caused by buyer will not be replaced.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of authority, and is responsible for payment of the ordered goods.
